Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If for any reason you wish to return your bracelet within 14 days of receiving it, you may return it for a full refund!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return delivery fee is the responsibility of the buyer.
In order to get your bracelet(s) returned or exchanged within the 14-day grace period, please send us the email on info@bahr-store.com and provide the following information:
- Your full name and address;
- Your order number;
- Your reason for this return or exchange;
- Any other comments or suggestions for our team.
Please note that the customer is responsible for any additional shipping cost for any return or exchange.
